What is FW&Y?
With God all things are possible. I help you find engaging, meaningful work. Always in prayer - I will employ the years of my experience with hundreds of clients to create a plan with you and for you that will bring revelation, satisfaction and a few epiphanies to your campaign, resulting in an adventure of deep personal exploration and discoveries that will last into the balance of your career and beyond.
Who is FW&Y for?
Executives who are looking for their next opportunity in their career. While FW&Y is not for everybody, I have learned there are executives of faith who want to include God in their career campaign; they become encouraged and excited to learn they can team up with a prayer warrior who has years of experience coaching executives for their next career move! This quest requires a prayerful degree of commitment and perseverance, peppered with accountability, creativity, flexibility, vulnerability, and tenacious grit!
How will we work together?

Let's have an information gathering meeting
First, I will conduct an intake interview and assessment along with a review of your current Executive Brand persona.

Let's create a plan
I'll create a custom plan based on where you are in your journey and then map out the steps you will need to take to get you where you want to be.

Let's put the plan in action
After creating your plan, we will work together implementing and adjusting the plan.
What do I get in my FW&Y custom program?
One-on-one sessions
Regularly scheduled phone calls, video conferencing and if possible, personal meetings.
Practical application
We will have accountability sessions and projects individualized for your situation and goals. The exercises will be utilized for your current and future campaigns.
On-going support
I am available to my clients by email, (preferred), or phone/text between sessions.
Tools for life
Your new career management skills will help you move upward and outward professionally.
Follow-up
Critical to your campaign success, I will follow up with you after you land.
I will stay with you throughout your campaign to ensure progress even when you get stuck or the path gets difficult. I will serve as your Coach, Chaplain, Mentor, Trainer, Counsellor, Teacher, Consultant, Confidant, Advisor and Prayer Warrior; each has its place in your campaign and while we may not need them all, it’s comforting to know they are available.
